Job Summary

The Senior Associate plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity and quality. This includes managing inventory adjustments and holds, sorting incoming products, resolving shipping/receiving discrepancies, purchasing supplies, and processing physical returns. The position requires strong attention to detail and adherence to facility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product holds, movements, returns, and inventory tracking

  • Optimize picking and replenishment by slotting products efficiently based on weight, size, movement frequency, expiration, and hazard classification

  • Monitor quality and productivity metrics (damaged products, cycle counts, shortages) and communicate results to supervisors and other teams

  • Investigate and resolve outbound and inbound shipment discrepancies by collaborating with Customer Care, suppliers, and Quality Assurance

  • Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries and prevent disruptions

  • Identify operational improvements and help drive risk mitigation

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on complex warehouse tasks

  • Support audits by providing necessary reports and information

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience preferred

  • High School diploma or GED preferred (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

  • English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Ability to work independently and use judgment to solve problems

  • Willingness to follow company policies and SOPs
