Job Title: Guest Services Lead (Part-Time)
About the Role:
As the leader of our front-end team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, outstanding customer service, and effective cash handling. You’ll also help develop and guide team members, keeping everything running efficiently—especially when the Guest Services Team Leader or Store Director isn’t available.
What You’ll Do:

Maintain high standards in customer service, cash handling, and store operations.

Keep the front end running smoothly by coordinating staffing, tracking attendance, and addressing any issues.

Ensure clear communication between the front end and other departments.

Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing tills and ensuring accuracy.

Lead by example—providing excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge, and helping drive sales.

Train and coach front-end team members, offering feedback and support.

Help prevent loss (both internal and external) and follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Step in as a checker when needed, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a checker (excellent checkout skills are a must!), and 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership, great judgment, and the ability to assess situations and take action.

Customer Focus: A track record of outstanding service and using product knowledge to boost sales.

Team Player: Proven success in leading and working with a team.

Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving.

Organizational Skills: Ability to delegate, follow through, and manage time effectively.
