💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of our data science team, you’ll help power smarter decision-making and personalized e-commerce experiences by:

Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights that support strategic goals
Designing and deploying machine learning models for recommendation systems and ranking algorithms
Supporting GenAI innovation projects to improve customer experience and automation

🎯 What You Bring:

We’re looking for a curious mind who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. The ideal candidate has:

A Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of industry experience in a data science or ML-focused role
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Hands-on experience with GCP, especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI
Interest or experience in Generative AI solutions (a big plus!)
Strong foundation in statistics, modeling techniques, and data pipelines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A passion for e-commerce data science, especially search optimization and personalization systems
