We’re looking for a French-speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our international Customer Success team. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in Europe, ideally Spain, Italy, Portugal, or the UK for timezone alignment and customer collaboration.

  • ๐Ÿค Onboard new French-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth, value-driven transition onto the platform.
  • ๐ŸŽ“ Lead training sessions and product demos in French, tailoring content to each clientโ€™s needs.
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Create and translate onboarding materials in French and English.
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Provide proactive communication and top-tier support throughout the onboarding phase.
  • ๐Ÿง  Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success to identify improvements to the onboarding experience.

  • โœ… Minimum 2 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Support (SaaS industry preferred).
