We’re currently hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates based in Pennsylvania who live within 75 miles of Monroeville, PA.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Accurately read, interpret, and enter prescription orders
Calculate doses and assign directions using internal systems
Verify and accept proper insurance payment info
Contact doctors’ offices and insurance providers to ensure prescription accuracy
Answer inbound calls from patients regarding medication orders and reorders

✅ What You Need to Qualify

Required:

6+ months of pharmacy experience
Basic computer proficiency: Windows, Microsoft Office, internet/email
Excellent data entry and communication skills
Ability to sit or stand for 8–10 hour shifts
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Previous experience with medical billing, coding, or assisting
Background in insurance, prescription support, or customer service
Familiarity with handling customer service via phone in a fast-paced setting
6+ months of experience using phone systems or call center tools
