As the Content and Community Lead, you’ll be the voice of Ethena, shaping how the world perceives our brand. You’ll drive social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement while fostering adoption of Ethena’s groundbreaking products.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop & execute a social media strategy aligned with Ethena’s vision.
✅ Amplify Ethena’s presence on X (Twitter), Discord, LinkedIn, and beyond.
✅ Create compelling content—visuals, threads, announcements—highlighting products, partnerships, and growth.
✅ Collaborate with designers to enhance branding and aesthetics.
✅ Manage content pipelines, calendars, and libraries.
✅ Lead community initiatives—host events, AMAs, and conferences.
✅ Advise ecosystem projects on brand alignment while preserving their unique identities.

Who We’re Looking For

🔹 Deep crypto-native experience—you’ve grown a high-profile X/Twitter account in DeFi.
🔹 Strong understanding of crypto trends, DeFi, and regulatory nuances.
🔹 Proven success in Web3 community growth & user acquisition.
🔹 Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, etc.) for fast-paced content creation.
🔹 Exceptional storytelling & communication skills (English fluency).
