We’re looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to head our Ethereum MEV division, spearheading innovation in mempool transaction processing, MEV bots, and searcher optimization strategies.

This role is critical to designing and deploying robust, scalable backend systems that interact directly with the Ethereum network and validators.


🔧 Key Responsibilities


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of team leadership experience in a software engineering or blockchain R&D environment.

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong emphasis on scalable, distributed systems.

  • 3+ years working in Blockchain, with at least 2 years focused on Ethereum MEV (e.g., searchers, relayers, mev-boost, PBS).

  • Expert proficiency in Go (Golang) and microservice architecture.

  • In-depth understanding of Ethereum internals, mempool mechanics, and validator behavior.

  • Experience with mev-boost, Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS), and block-building services.

  • Clear communication and decision-making under pressure.

  • Familiarity with BSC or other L1 chains using similar MEV models.

  • Experience contributing to or integrating open-source blockchain tools (e.g., Flashbots).

  • Strong security awareness in decentralized systems.

  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure.

  • Data pipeline engineering or on-chain analytics using tools like Dune or The Graph.
