Your Role: AI-Driven Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

What You’ll Do

Develop high-performance backend applications for KYC processes & banking operations.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen).

What You Need to Succeed

Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails development.
Solid experience in systems architecture & distributed systems at scale.
Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations & compliance (Bacen, PCI DSS, etc.).
Familiarity with event-driven architectures & messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Advanced English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
