Requirements:

✔ 1+ year supervisory experience (warehouse, maintenance, or logistics preferred).
✔ Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree (Business, Industrial, or related field) OR equivalent Walmart Logistics experience.
✔ Leadership skills – Able to coach teams, manage workflows, and drive results.
✔ Tech-savvy – Comfortable with warehouse systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and compliance tools.
