🔍 Your Responsibilities

Accurately read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the system
Calculate dosages and verify proper insurance payments
Communicate with doctors’ offices and insurance companies to confirm medication orders
Coordinate with patients by phone to manage new and refill orders
Verify and re-verify insurance benefits

✅ Required Qualifications

6+ months pharmacy experience
Experience with Windows-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, internet)
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to sit/stand for 8–10 hours per shift

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling customer calls or pharmacy-related inquiries
Background in healthcare, insurance, medical billing/coding, or medical assisting
Knowledge of prescription benefits and customer support systems
CRM software familiarity is a plus

🎓 Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
