Join Our Team: Obesity Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Key Responsibilities

Direct Patient Care (80%)

Clinical Leadership & Mentorship (20%)

  • Assist in hiring and training NPs, PAs, and MAs.

  • Develop training materials and provide real-time clinical feedback.

  • Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with Vida’s protocols.

  • Offer mentorship to clinical staff during working hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ MD or DO with active, unrestricted licenses in 15-20+ states (apply even if close!).
✅ Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (other specialties considered with relevant residency).
✅ Willing to obtain Obesity Medicine certification (sponsored by Vida).
✅ Available for 3+ critical outreach shifts/week (weekends, early mornings, or evenings).
✅ Experience mentoring clinical staff (NPs, PAs, MAs).
✅ Background in treating obesity, diabetes, CHF, or COPD preferred.
✅ Tech-savvy with EMR experience and strong organizational skills.
✅ Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

💰 $210,000 – $225,000 per year
