Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Enjoy working independently and with a team
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results

Work From Home & Equipment Requirements:

Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location within the home
Associates must have access to highspeed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
Company provides needed equipment, though associates may be asked to supply their own monitor
