Develop and manage budgets for retail store development projects.
Hire, train, and manage a team of retail store development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction and experience in retail store design and development.
Represent Comcast at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the company’s retail store development initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging and customer experience in retail stores.
Continuously evaluate and improve retail store processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
