This is your opportunity to build the lifecycle engine from scratch, shaping our communication strategy across Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) funnels. You’ll bring together email, in-app, automation, analytics, and storytelling to improve lead velocity, conversion, and product engagement.
✨ What You’ll Do

Design full-funnel lifecycle strategies for PLG signups, MQLs, SQLs, and outbound leads

Develop automated, segmented, behavior-driven email and in-app campaigns

Own audience segmentation logic and nurture workflows using HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.

Write high-converting copy that resonates with startup founders, CTOs, and security-conscious decision-makers

Conduct A/B tests to continuously optimize messaging, timing, and channel mix

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Content teams to align marketing efforts with product triggers and revenue goals

Analyze campaign performance, report on lifecycle metrics, and influence upstream strategy with actionable insights

Identify churn, drop-offs, and re-engagement opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative research
👤 You Bring
-
3–5 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment

Deep understanding of PLG and SLG funnels, lead nurturing, and customer journeys

Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for technical and executive audiences

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, Customer.io, or similar

Systems-thinking mindset: excited to build scalable, automated marketing engines
-
Comfortable owning results and making data-driven decisions in a fast-moving, agile setup

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

Bonus: Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or dev tools
