About Us
We are a dynamic and customer-focused company looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facebook Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will help manage our Facebook account, engage with customers, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages via Facebook.
Moderate comments and interactions on posts to ensure a positive community experience.
Assist in creating and scheduling posts, polls, and other engaging content.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer service issues.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain customer data confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Customer Service role is preferred.
Proficiency with Facebook business tools (Pages, Messenger, etc.).
Strong written communication skills with a professional tone.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with social media trends and customer engagement strategies.
