📱 Position Overview: Flutter Developer

We are seeking a remote part-time Flutter developer to jump in immediately on several projects. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for developers who are self-motivated, passionate about clean code, and eager to grow alongside a supportive, experienced team.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Collaborate with team leads and product managers to deliver clean, well-documented Flutter apps.
Build cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.

Participate in daily standups and milestone planning (EST hours).

✅ Requirements

2+ years of Flutter development experience (Flutter, Dart, Widgets, and State Management).
4+ years of software development experience overall (any language).
Solid knowledge of iOS and/or Android development principles.
Strong foundation in OOP and software design patterns.
Experience with Git and Jira for version control and workflow.
Fluent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
Available for meetings between 9 AM and 1 PM EST (flexible outside these hours).
Comfortable with technical assessments and identity verification.
