Requirements

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN IntermediateRequired Skills: Facility births/month 100-200, Labor and Delivery, Triage of obstetrical patients, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC), Start & maintain peripheral IV, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin (oxytocin), Circulate for C-section, Recover C-Section, Sterile vaginal exam, Epidural Anesthesia, Pain assessment & management, Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Isolation Precautions/PPE, D & C
