Valid Special Education teaching credentials
Experience working with elementary students exhibiting behavioral challenges
Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement behavioral interventions
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
Familiarity with special education laws and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage and support a caseload of elementary students with behavioral needs
Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral supports aligned with IEP goals
Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to promote positive outcomes
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure student success
Maintain documentation and reporting in adherence to district and state guidelines
Position requires full-time, on-site presence in Ogden, UT, within an elementary school environment
